Working as a Director of Sales, you will direct a team of Area Retail Sales Managers to manage the Retail Stores over a defined territory. You will ultimately be responsible for hiring, coaching, and development within your territory. Additional Responsibilities: Responsible for successfully achieving sales, revenue targets and customer satisfaction within assigned geographical area and customer base. Overall leadership of sales team to include, but not limited to: staffing/retention, team development, performance and compensation management. Spend approximately 10% - 15% of your time visiting retail locations (scheduled and unscheduled visits) to monitor the customer experience and ensure excellent customer service is being delivered. Hold timely staff meetings to share critical information. Provide strategic direction to ensure the communication, implementation and execution of marketing and merchandising programs. Partner as appropriate with Sales Operations and Finance teams to understand budget and headcount goals. May facilitate large meetings such as training sessions, and other promotional events.
