About The Position

The Retail Regional Director is responsible for leading facilities operations across a defined region of retail branches. This role provides strategic and operational oversight for all workplace services, asset maintenance, engineering coordination, and capital planning within the region. The Retail Regional Director directly manages Senior Facilities Managers (SFMs) and partners closely with the Engineering Director and the engineering team to ensure consistent execution of maintenance strategies, system reliability, life-safety compliance, and operational excellence across the portfolio. This position carries full accountability for regional service delivery, financial performance, contract compliance, regulatory adherence, and client relationship management while ensuring retail brand standards and customer experience expectations are consistently met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Corporate Real Estate, or related field required.
  • Minimum 10+ years of facilities or portfolio management experience.
  • At least 5–7 years leading multi-site retail branch portfolios.
  • Direct leadership experience managing Facilities Managers or Senior Facilities Managers.
  • Strong financial and capital planning background.
  • Experience partnering with engineering leadership on critical systems and asset reliability.
  • CMMS/work order management system proficiency required.
  • Vendor contract negotiation and performance oversight experience required.
