About The Position
Career Land Center is hiring for a Director of Respiratory Therapy at a 330-bed, Level III Trauma Center in Manchester, NH. This role involves overseeing a team of approximately 33 staff across the Respiratory Care department, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation. The Director will manage both the clinical and operational aspects of these departments, focusing on setting and maintaining clinical standards, managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading program development, and managing relationships with physicians and referral sources. The position also involves participation in broader organizational improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- State of New Hampshire Respiratory Care Practitioner License required

Responsibilities
- Report to the COO
- Oversee a team of approximately 33 staff across the Respiratory Care department, Pulmonary Function Lab, EEG services, and Pulmonary Rehabilitation
