Key responsibilities include staff supervision, client development and safety, managing admissions, discharges, and treatment planning, and coordinating with the clinical director on client care. The position also involves budget preparation, resident finance management, providing therapeutic services, and partnering with nursing staff for medication monitoring. Documentation will be managed through an electronic health record system. This role requires on-call status, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
