About The Position

US Signal is a leading data center services provider, offering secure, reliable network, cloud hosting, colocation, data protection, and disaster recovery services — all powered by its expansive, robust fiber network. US Signal also helps customers optimize their IT resources through the provision of managed services and professional services. We’re seeking a Director of Regional Sales to take charge of the Indiana and Ohio markets—a role with real impact and visibility. You’ll design and execute regional go-to-market strategies, lead a talented sales team, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. Your focus: driving growth, strengthening retention, and building relationships that accelerate decision-making. This position calls for a leader with proven success in technology and managed services, sharp strategic execution skills, and the ability to communicate with clarity and influence. Must reside in Indiana or Ohio—because understanding the market starts with being part of it!

  • Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience? ?in business, sales, marketing, or related field of study.
  • 4+ Years of ?sales experience, preferably in outside sales with telecommunications/technology experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance

  • Prior success/skill/experience in leading a sales region, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Regional Sales Strategy: Implement go-to-market plans, including retention and growth initiatives, to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and Develop Sales Team: Manage a team of account executives, providing coaching and oversight to ensure performance and professional growth.
  • Forecast and Monitor Performance: Oversee forecasting, quota attainment, and key sales metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Expand Market Presence: Execute strategies for new logo acquisition while retaining and growing existing customer relationships through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Leverage Technical Expertise: Apply knowledge of cloud, security, and network solutions to deliver innovative offerings and business value to clients.
