Infoblox is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to join their Americas Sales Organization. This leadership role is responsible for managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business acquisition, customer expansion, and strategic account growth within a defined territory. The Director will develop and implement regional sales strategies, ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline, and coach sellers on complex enterprise deals. This role involves partnering with various internal teams such as Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Channel, and Revenue Operations to drive growth and achieve predictable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with a history of building high-performing teams, exceeding bookings targets, and experience in cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or related enterprise technology markets.
