About The Position

The Director, Real Estate (Design & Development) serves as a strategic lead for the portfolio’s physical growth. This role integrates design excellence with advanced estimating and project management frameworks to deliver the intelligence necessary for high-impact asset optimization. By leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology, the Director optimizes the project lifecycle. A core priority of this role is modernization: developing innovative "ways of working" and leading the deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance workforce productivity and predictive accuracy. Through technical expertise and digital transformation, the Director will ensure the portfolio remains agile, efficient, and positioned for long-term scalability. Our team develops strategic insights and actions that bridge the gap between initial concept and final construction. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 5 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related area.
1 year’s supervisory experience.

Oversee Cost Estimating: Lead the estimating function to ensure budget integrity, providing senior leadership with high-fidelity cost forecasts that inform long-term capital planning.
Foster Talent & Tech Fluency: Upskill the workforce to thrive in a digital-first environment, ensuring the team is equipped to leverage new platforms and AI capabilities.
Uphold Standards: Promote integrity and ethical standards across all real estate operations and team interactions.
