The Director of Purchasing is responsible for overseeing and participating in the procurement of materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary to support the Hotel. This role involves leading and developing the purchasing team, supervising all procurement activities, and ensuring compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures. The Director will manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost reduction initiatives. Additionally, they will oversee inventory management, F&B cost reporting, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. This position also involves managing department personnel, maintaining company standards, and providing excellent customer service.
