The Director, Public Policy will identify and analyze key regulatory and policy initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region that affect the global fund industry and its member firms. This role involves developing recommendations and policy positions, drafting position papers, and designing engagement and advocacy strategies with regulators and policymakers. The Director will also brief ICI staff and members on developments, prepare briefings for senior leadership, and organize member events in the Asia Pacific region. Additionally, the role requires building relationships with stakeholders, supporting policy committees, ensuring information accuracy, drafting reports, and working with external consultants. The position is based in Washington, DC, with significant travel to the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and domestically.
