Director, Provider Contracting
About The Position
As Director of Provider Contracting for Community Health Partners (CHP), you will lead the strategy, administration, compliance, and financial oversight of provider employment and professional services agreements for the Medical Foundation. As the organization's expert in physician and advanced practice provider (APP) contracting and compensation, you will ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, fair market value (FMV) standards, and organizational goals. This role oversees the full contract lifecycle, including development, execution, compensation administration, performance monitoring, renewals, and compliance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare provider contracting, physician compensation administration, healthcare finance, legal operations, or medical group management required
- Experience working with FMV consultants, physician compensation models, and healthcare regulatory requirements required
