About The Position

Parexel is seeking a Director, Project Leadership (Director, Project Management) to join their Biotech Project Leadership team. This Home-Based position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience at the Director level, overseeing both client management and deliverables of clinical trials, as well as providing line management and individual team member development. The selected candidate will be responsible for the success of clinical trials and programs across several accounts, including maintaining and developing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role also involves contributing to new business acquisition and proposal processes. Extensive experience in oncology, across clinical phases, is a mandatory requirement.

Requirements

• Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health-related field.
• Minimum of 10 -15 years clinical research experience.
• At least 10 years Project Management experience.
• Focus on leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases.
• Proven record of team building and leadership skills.
• Strong client interaction skills.
• Conflict resolution skills.
• Risk management skills.
• Strong financial knowledge.
• Extensive experience in oncology working across clinical phases.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Prior CRO experience is preferred.
