As Director, Project Management at TALON, you will lead the planning, governance, and execution of client implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery of TALON's healthcare technology solutions. Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success, this role is responsible for establishing project management standards, driving operational excellence, and overseeing implementation project delivery across the organization. You will partner closely with Client Success, Product, Engineering, and Engagement teams to ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives. You will provide leadership across multiple concurrent projects, drive accountability for project execution, and develop scalable project management practices that support TALON's continued growth. This critical role requires deep expertise in project delivery, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with exceptional execution skills and has a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
