•$150,000 - $178,000•Onsite

About The Position

XiFin is building a new Project Management Office to bring discipline, visibility, and speed to how we deliver technology and go-to-market initiatives. This is a newly created, player/coach role: you will design the PMO from the ground up, lead a team of project managers, and personally own a portfolio of our highest-priority, most complex cross-functional initiatives. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations leaders to drive prioritized initiatives, manage dependencies, and ensure execution against business goals, while also staying hands-on in the day-to-day delivery work alongside your team. AI is central to this mandate: you will identify where AI can streamline project intake, resource planning, reporting, and status tracking, and you will both use and lead the team in adopting AI-enabled tools to work faster and with better data. This position will be located at our offices in San Diego, CA.

  • Direct experience managing technology and go-to-market projects, including software implementations, product launches, or system integrations
  • Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled project management, reporting, or workflow automation tools
