About The Position

The (USA) Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs to develop and implement effective program strategies. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
• 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
• 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Extensive experience in program management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Strong leadership skills to develop talent, foster collaboration, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Expertise in analyzing business objectives, forecasting, and resource planning to align programs with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders, present complex information clearly, and build support for business strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements and manage multiple enterprise-wide projects effectively.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a positive work environment.
