About The Position

The Director, Program Management leads enterprise-scale transformation programs that redefine how Marketing operates, innovates, and leverages AI. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, program leadership, and change enablement, turning vision into scalable execution and measurable impact. You will orchestrate multiple workstreams focused on embedding AI into marketing processes, driving automation, and enabling data-driven decision-making. This role creates clarity where ambiguity exists, removes blockers to accelerate progress, and ensures alignment across complex, cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with Marketing and Transformation leadership, this position is accountable for shaping the future of Marketing through AI adoption and building frameworks that enable innovation. By connecting people, processes, and technology, this leader ensures Marketing evolves into an agile, AI-powered organization capable of delivering business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in change management, strategic program leadership, and business process transformation, combined with a passion for driving AI-enabled, people-centered change. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in business transformation, consulting, or operational leadership
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide transformation programs with measurable impact
  • Deep knowledge of change management frameworks, tools, and best practices
  • Exceptional ability to influence and align stakeholders across complex, cross-functional environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling narratives
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; adept at synthesizing data and recommending actionable solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience driving AI transformation programs and scaling adoption strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional transformation programs that modernize Marketing’s operating model and embed AI-driven capabilities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and aligned execution.
  • Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring coordination, accountability, and delivery of program objectives.
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks that enable transparency, decision-making, and progress tracking at scale.
  • Drive change leadership through structured engagement strategies, communications, and training that accelerate adoption of AI and digital-first ways of working.
  • Ensure financial accountability by identifying, quantifying, and tracking benefits realization across transformation programs.
