About The Position

The Director, Program Management provides strategic leadership by aligning business objectives with customer needs and driving the execution of enterprise-wide initiatives. This role oversees program performance, resource allocation, and process improvements while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams. The Director partners with senior leaders to manage risks, evaluate outcomes, and ensure continuous advancement of business strategies. By promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and development, this position supports talent growth and operational excellence to deliver impactful results aligned with Walmart’s goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Legal, or related field and 5 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 7 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • 4 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • 4 years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs to develop and implement effective program plans.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize, scope, and execute enterprise-wide projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee program performance by monitoring key indicators, evaluating outcomes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster talent development through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning to build a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives and community involvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards of integrity and ethics while promoting a culture of accountability and collaboration.
