About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: The Director, Program Management – Finance Insights, Analytics & AI leads a portfolio of enterprise programs that modernize how Finance operates—transforming insights delivery, automating manual work, and embedding AI into everyday financial processes. The role partners closely with Finance, Technology, Data & Analytics, and Business teams to deliver scalable analytics and AI solutions that improve efficiency, increase transparency, and enable better decisions across the company. This ideal candidate blends strong program leadership with a deep appreciation for operational excellence, financial acumen, strategic thinking and executive communication skills. This role is Hybrid and will require you to be in office 4 days per week in downtown Seattle, Washington. A day in the life: Lead an enterprise portfolio of cross‑functional programs delivering finance automation, analytics modernization, and AI enablement at scale. Translate Finance leadership priorities into a clear, outcome‑driven roadmap that balances near‑term efficiency gains with long-term analytics and AI investments. Drive material reductions in manual effort and cycle times by standardizing finance workflows through automation, self‑service reporting, and AI‑assisted analysis. Deliver secure, explainable, and production‑ready analytics and AI solutions that improve visibility into financial performance and enterprise outcomes. Own end‑to-end program and portfolio execution, managing dependencies, risks, trade‑offs, and change impacts while providing concise, executive‑ready updates. Build a high‑performing team and operating model that establishes repeatable delivery standards, strengthens governance, and elevates program execution maturity across Finance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred, with strong executive communication skills and the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions and actions.
  • 10+ years leading complex, cross‑functional programs in finance transformation, analytics, or technology, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong finance operations expertise, with working knowledge of close, reporting, forecasting, and financial controls.
  • Proven track record delivering automation, analytics, or AI initiatives that materially improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data, product, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions.
