About The Position

The Director, Program and Portfolio Management owns the operating rhythm, tooling, and delivery standards for the Fanatics Technology portfolio. It also manages and develops Project and Program Managers, drives organization-wide adoption of consistent standards, and improves executive and leadership review cadences. The Director is expected to use AI and digital tools to simplify reporting, improve analysis, and help move portfolio management toward predictive insights. The role is fully remote, with the primary place of performance at the employee's residence or another approved remote location.
