This role is responsible for defining, maintaining, and communicating the multi-year product strategy and vision for the Wealth Management line of business. This includes investment products, retirement planning, financial planning tools, and advisor platform capabilities. The position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, regulatory changes, competitive positioning, and fiduciary standards to inform roadmap priorities. The Director will translate business goals into product investment priorities and partner with GPMs to incorporate them into roadmaps and OKRs. Additionally, this role serves as the senior product point of contact for Wealth Management custodian and platform technology partnerships, working to identify, define, and prioritize integration opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including GPMs, Product Managers, Marketing, and Design, is crucial for defining requirements, creating journey maps, and influencing product roadmaps. The role also involves leading market research, competitive analysis, and representing Wealth Management product strategy at industry events. Collaboration with Sales VPs and the VP of Sales Enablement is expected for go-to-market strategies and sales enablement content.
