  • Quantitative fluency, including proficiency in SQL, BI tools, and product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar).
  • Ability to build dashboards that executives use.
  • Demonstrated ability to form a strategic point of view and defend it with data, even under pressure from senior stakeholders.
  • Experience running cross-functional launches at SaaS scale, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Sharp written communication skills, capable of writing memos that drive decisions.
  • Operating temperament: high agency, high judgment, comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to codify recurring problems into durable systems.

Responsibilities

  • Drive executive-level product reviews, preparing materials for the SVP/CPO for board, ELT, and all-hands meetings.

  • Own the end-to-end launch motion from beta to General Availability (GA) to adoption, in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Evolve early access and beta programs to scale across self-serve and sales-assisted segments.
