The Director of Product Marketing is responsible for articulating the value of Ensemble’s suite of products and services to target audiences. This person will collaborate with Ensemble’s product and operations teams to understand offerings, define target audiences, develop core messaging, and oversee creation of standard marketing and sales collateral to properly position each solution. Responsibilities

  • Study Ensemble’s products and benefits for users and clients
  • Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players – collaborate with stakeholders on the Strategy team to conduct market analysis to obtain understanding of the competitive landscape and help establish product differentiators
  • Develop solution positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products/services from its competitors, translating technical details into benefits for the clients / end users
  • Collaborate with Creative Services to create and maintain standard solution collateral that highlights value propositions, differentiators, and addresses customer pain points including sales presentations, product videos, website copy, blog posts, etc.
  • Together with the product team, educate both internal and external stakeholders on our product features and their benefits.
  • Manage product lifecycle projects to help define and document go-to-market strategy including product creation, maturity and sunset
  • Implement and monitor metrics to assess performance of product marketing efforts
