About The Position

As Director of Product Marketing, you will lead how we bring our products to market and how we tell their story. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for shaping our positioning, refining our target audiences, and driving go-to-market strategy across our full product suite. You will build and lead a team of product marketers, partner closely with Sales and Product, and help connect our solutions to the real-world needs of the customers we serve. Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology
  • A proven track record of launching and scaling products in complex, competitive markets
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Confidence working in fast-moving environments and balancing multiple priorities
  • Hands-on experience using generative and agentic AI to enhance research, strategy, and content execution
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, Salesforce, and modern revenue technology ecosystems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred) - or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategy and Positioning
  • Define and evolve compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Daxko in competitive markets
  • Clarify target personas, industries, and customer needs across the full lifecycle
  • Translate product capabilities into clear value that resonates with buyers and users
  • Drive Go-to-Market Excellence
  • Lead product launches from strategy through execution and measurement
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer teams, and Marketing to ensure alignment
  • Establish and own KPIs for product marketing performance, including revenue attribution
  • Enable Sales and Revenue Growth
  • Develop impactful sales enablement programs, including training, messaging frameworks, and tools
  • Equip sales teams with clear narratives that accelerate the buying process
  • Contribute to marketing-sourced pipeline and inbound MQL growth through strategic content initiatives
  • Inform Strategy with Insight
  • Lead market, customer, and competitive research to inform product and marketing decisions
  • Use both traditional research methods and agentic or generative AI to accelerate insights, content development, and strategic planning
  • Build and Develop a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, coach, and develop product marketing professionals
  • Create a clear operating model, prioritize effectively, and ensure the team has what they need to succeed
  • Provide ongoing feedback and performance management aligned with Daxko values
