About The Position

The Role You blend critical thinking and a passion for delivering results. The role will be being laser focused on providing value to our customers, asset managers, and internal business partners. As a member of the FundsNetwork team, you will collaborate with your team and business partners to help drive initiatives that increase value being provided to both our 3rd party asset managers partners and the Fidelity business channels. In addition, you will play a key utility role to help provide broad organizational support (program management, initiative project management, competitive analysis and organizational alignment) to FundsNetwork leadership, squads, and business development teams. You will also be committed to maintaining and developing your own expertise and knowledge to ensure you bring the latest thinking to the role/team. The breadth of this role requires diverse skills including business analysis, strategy, business case development, product development / management, and effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with proven experience, or Masters with demonstrated ability at a financial services firm or service provider to the industry
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 obtained within 90-days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide business support to FundsNetwork leadership, squads, and business development teams by playing a key analyst role in deliverables
• Understand asset management distribution, and Fidelity channels competitive landscape to use this information to help shape the strategy and complete deliverables
