We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Product Management to lead our product management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies that align with our company's goals. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of product management principles, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid position with 3 days a week in our Nashua, NH office depending on location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience with at least 2 years as a Director in Product Management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of product management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • US Citizens or permanent residents authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not a resident of California, Hawaii, or Alaska.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the product management team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and data to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver product metrics and reports to senior leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product management.
