About The Position

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc is seeking a Director Product Management (Sleepy Hollow, NY) to work closely with the business and technical teams to ensure that associated IT work is completed with accurate requirements. Ensure accurate requirements are gathered, documented and clearly state the needs of the business. Oversee the translation of requirements and processes into realistic, innovative business and system design solutions. Ensure designs are well documented and socialized with technical teams to align across on approach and future strategy. Work closely with all technical teams involved and close gaps quickly to speed up the system development process. Ensure unit testing and integration testing including the documentation of unit test plans and evidence of testing is completed. Conduct quality assurance testing of application and integrations prior to business testing and provide signoff. Assist with the user acceptance testing for major initiatives, small projects and enhancements ensuring that the final solution delivers against business requirements. Serve as the bridge between the internal functional owner community and the software development teams through which requirements flow and are designed, built and tested. Keep project coordinator and other critical members of the team updated on task status and ensure risks and issues are logged and tracked. Provide input to project plan and create implementation plans for larger more complex deployments. Provide post launch and hyper-care support with ability to solve issues with critical thinking in pressure situations. Support G&A IT leadership to identify gaps in existing processes, resolve disposition (major project, small project, enhancement) and provide recommendations for future process and technology improvements. Build and manage relationships with assigned customers. Develop and continually strengthen deep knowledge of HR and Service application technologies and business processes for assigned areas. Act as a workstream lead to ensure plans that support key process areas meet business requirements now and for the future. Two (2) Direct Reports in the positions of Product Managers. Local telecommuting permitted up to 1 day per week. 10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field and 3 years of experience working as a Senior Product/Technical Lead and Systems Analyst for HR projects.
  • Must have 2 years of experience with ServiceNow.
  • Must have experience with the following: Core HR processes and supporting technology platforms including Workday Recruiting, HCM modules such as Position Management, Security, Manager/Employee Self-Service (MSS/ESS), Onboarding, and Compensation/Advanced Compensation, and Talent-Performance and Learning, Absence, Time Tracking, Integrations, and Reporting; Developing applications to support design and specification creation; Analyzing and documenting complex business processes and solution approaches; Performing market research and vendor/platform assessment of HR applications; and Documenting process and system flowcharts in Visio.
  • 10% domestic travel and 5% international travel required.
