About The Position

Advises teams to conduct thorough market research and analysis for multiple product portfolios, ensuring alignment with Oracle's strategic goals and anticipating and responding to industry shifts and competitive challenges. Oversees teams in identifying and capitalizing on customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory requirements. Leads internal teams in the development of problem statements and solutions. Directs the product lifecycle from planning to release and empowers team members to maintain and evolve roadmaps for a wide range of products/features. Establishes best-in-class practices for the organization and leverages insights to drive product optimization and high-impact results. Obtains alignment with key stakeholders to define and drive product direction. Maintains alignment across Lines of Business (LOB) to drive product innovation and evolution. Recommends success criteria and performance metrics (e.g., OKRs and KPIs) for multiple products and features. Proactively monitors teams in customer advocacy and customer-centric approaches throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring that products are tailored to customer needs. Sets guidelines on the resolution development process for customer issues. Oversees and coordinates the delivery for the field team and directs various go-to-market efforts, such as recruiting and supporting early adopters to validate and refine product solutions, developing user documentation, and product demonstrations.
