This Director-level role is chartered to both lead the well-managed strategy and delivery for a major business unit and transform well-managed practices to a world-class, tech and AI-enabled center of operational excellence that enables best-in-class performance, transparency and operational confidence that unlocks innovation and speed to market for the business. This includes direct operating accountability for critical business operating processes including terms and account closures, and is on the front lines for evaluating and mitigating risk related as well as interfacing directly with product, tech, and business leaders as well as auditors and regulators. Going forward, leading this team will require an inspiring leader who can develop a clear vision and tangible design for a destination-state well-managed architecture and operating model as a part of a broadly reimagined requirements and risk management ecosystem. Further, This leader will be charged with defining and executing delivery and change management to that destination across people, process, and technology - while actively operating and supporting the business on an ongoing basis. Success in this role will require close partnership with risk partners as well as second and third line teams and broader relationships with partners and stakeholders across the organization and business unit.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
