About The Position

Lead a high-growth product portfolio, overseeing strategy, roadmap, commercialization, partnerships, and lifecycle performance to accelerate revenue and subscriber growth. Lead the incubation, commercialization and scaling of innovative consumer products and growth businesses, transforming new concepts into sustainable revenue streams and differentiated customer experiences. Drive end-to-end business ownership, including P&L management, business case development, new feature development, channel expansion, go-to-market execution, and customer experience optimization. Partner across internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve portfolio performance, and maximize return on investment while delivering measurable business outcomes. This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in Dallas, TX. No relocation is offered.

Responsibilities

  • Defines the long-term vision, product strategy, prioritization investment priorities, governance, resource allocation, and portfolio roadmap, translating customer insights and market opportunities into sustainable growth. Ensure investments deliver customer value and business impact.
  • Leads and develops a high-performing team of product managers and leaders, providing coaching, removing barriers, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and growth.
  • Serves as the executive product leader for the portfolio, shaping enterprise priorities, influencing senior leadership decisions, driving cross-functional alignment, and resolving complex dependencies to accelerate execution.
  • Owns portfolio growth, customer lifecycle strategy, and P&L performance, driving acquisition, retention, monetization and profitability.
  • Oversees the evaluation, prioritization, and commercialization of new products, features, and strategic initiatives, including incubation of emerging growth opportunities, proof-of-concept development, strategic partnerships, and scaling of new business models.
  • Directs go-to-market, commercialization, and channel growth strategies across owned, partner, retail, affiliate, and emerging distribution channels to maximize digital-first adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Leads product lifecycle management from concept through growth phases, sponsoring delivery and partnering with technology, engineering, operations, and program teams to ensure quality execution, scalability, and operational readiness.
  • Establishes performance metrics and accountability frameworks, using customer, operational, and financial insights to optimize portfolio performance and inform future strategy.
  • Builds and maintains executive-level enterprise and external partnerships, including technology providers, strategic alliances, vendors, distribution partners, affiliate partners, and ecosystem relationships, to advance business objectives and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Champions customer-centric decision-making, ensuring product strategies, experiences, and investments deliver differentiated customer value while supporting growth and profitability.
  • Designs and executes strategies that support the overarching philosophy of the organization.
  • Oversees departmental programs and is often hands-on with the design and implementation of applicable strategies.
  • Typically leads large teams, supervising supervisors as well as career-level staff within the organization.
  • Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
