About The Position

Provenir is a global fintech company seeking a Director, Product Management - Credit Risk. This role is part of the Product team, responsible for the end-to-end success of the Provenir offering. The team includes Product Management, Product Design, and Solutions & Data. The role operates in collaboration with Technology, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Delivery to optimize Provenir's growth and commercial execution. The Director will report to the Chief Product Officer and will own day-to-day product management for Provenir's Credit Risk & Customer Management capabilities, with a focus on customer engagement and supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) activities. This role manages the full product value chain from concept to commercial launch and requires deep credit risk domain knowledge combined with product and commercial acumen. The position is remote with occasional travel.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience
  • At least 2 years in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Strong domain knowledge in credit risk (originations, underwriting, credit decisioning, or related areas within financial services)
  • Solid understanding of the financial services market, including regulatory and competitive dynamics
  • Experience translating customer and market insight into clearly defined product requirements and roadmap priorities
  • Commercial instinct - able to connect product decisions to revenue outcomes and communicate value in business terms
  • Strong technical grounding and a solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, and data-driven platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered decisioning or risk analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with the broader Provenir product ecosystem or adjacent decisioning technology
  • Background spanning both product and go-to-market functions
  • Experience working in a high-growth or scale-up fintech environment

Responsibilities

  • Enable Sales, Presales, and Customer Success teams to articulate and demonstrate the value of Provenir's Credit Risk capabilities.
  • Support the development of demo assets, messaging frameworks, and enablement materials.
  • Contribute to GTM strategies that drive revenue growth across credit risk use cases (originations, underwriting, portfolio management, decision intelligence).
  • Support strategic customer engagements, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and regional pipeline development as a subject matter expert.
  • Own the roadmap and product requirements for Provenir's Credit Risk decisioning capabilities, driving prioritization.
  • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis.
  • Develop a clear and differentiated product proposition for fintechs, banks, and financial institutions in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Define and track success metrics for the product.
  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate market and customer requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Act as the connective tissue between commercial priorities and technical delivery.
  • Build strong working relationships across Technology, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Delivery.
  • Engage directly with customers and prospects in North America to gather insight, validate direction, and strengthen relationships.
