The Director of Product, Channel Infrastructure and Mobile will lead shared infrastructure for all channels, with deep ownership of email, push, and in-app messaging. This leader will advance robust, global infrastructure and manage the full product lifecycle, focusing on mobile ecosystems (iOS, Android, and SDKs). You will own the strategic roadmap and collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver impactful customer solutions. Influence how top brands communicate at scale within a fast-growing company. You will work with industry leaders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence aligned with Klaviyo’s values. Requirements

At least 3+ years of direct management experience
10 years of experience in product management with a proven track record in scaling messaging platforms like email, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, and mobile push notifications.
Technical depth with robust understanding of iOS, Android, and mobile SDK ecosystems.
Excel at cross-functional leadership, effectively bringing together teams from engineering, marketing, and customer success to deliver cohesive and effective product strategies.
Data-driven mindset, enabling you to employ analytics effectively in monitoring success metrics and iterating product strategies that enhance user experiences and business growth.
Visionary leader, capable of inspiring and mentoring teams to achieve strategic objectives while fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end product development lifecycles, from ideation and planning through to launch and iteration.
Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can deliver results in high-pressure situations, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and business value creation.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies is a plus.
An advanced degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or an MBA is advantageous.
Experience working with global teams and managing products in international markets will be beneficial.
Previous experience in a startup or rapidly scaling tech company is valued.
A track record of successful product launches in a highly competitive landscape will further differentiate candidates.
A track record of experience working with large Enterprise customers, understanding their needs around scale, data governance, and data reliability.

Responsibilities

Define, develop, and execute a strategic roadmap for Klaviyo's messaging platforms to enhance their scalability and performance across multiple channels. This effort will directly support our mission of customer data ownership.
Lead cross-functional teams to innovate and implement new features in mobile ecosystems, increasing our value proposition for iOS and Android. Strengthening these platforms will fortify Klaviyo's leadership in the market.
Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation through delivery, ensuring product offerings meet high-quality standards and align with customer expectations. This will contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
Establish key performance metrics for the channel infrastructure and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions that propel performance improvements. This approach will foster data ownership and business growth.
Cultivate relationships with major platform partners and stakeholders to strengthen Klaviyo's market position and enhance collaborative innovation. Such partnerships are essential for maintaining our customer-first proposition.
