About The Position

Lead Agent Builder, human and agent identity, access management, risk classification, lifecycle governance, and platform administration for agentOS. This role owns how people create and operate agents and how every human, service, and agent interaction is authorized, governed, and audited. The role owns the agentOS product model, user experience, and integration requirements for unified login, delegated authority, entitlements, administration, approvals, and risk-appropriate controls.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with enterprise platforms, IAM, security, governance, workflow, fintech, SaaS, or developer products.
  • Hands-on experience with identity, authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, entitlements, delegated administration, or platform administration.
  • Strong technical fluency across APIs, cloud platforms, identity protocols, non-human identity, data access, auditability, and security.
  • Practical AI fluency, including using AI-assisted tools to create workflows, prototypes, requirements, evaluations, and executive-ready presentations.
  • Financial-services domain fluency, including organizational roles, approval authority, data sensitivity, auditability, and operational controls.
  • Strong product-design judgment and the ability to work directly with Engineering and Architecture on complex platform experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise IAM, agent identity, delegated authority, or multi-tenant authorization models.
  • Experience with AI governance, agent risk classification, or lifecycle controls for AI-enabled systems.
  • Experience with AWS Bedrock, leading model providers, agent frameworks, or similar AI ecosystems.
  • Experience designing products for financial-institution administrators, operations users, reviewers, or approvers.

Responsibilities

  • Define strategy and roadmap for Agent Builder, identity and access, authorization, entitlements, risk classification, lifecycle governance, and administration.
  • Create a consistent agentOS login and access experience across Fiserv products and cores, aligned with enterprise identity architecture and unified-login direction.
  • Define tenant, organization, user, group, role, service, and agent identity models, including delegated administration, least privilege, access reviews, and revocation.
  • Define how agents access tools and data, act for users or institutions, obtain approval, and preserve traceability to identity, authority, policy, and action.
  • Own the Agent Risk Classifier and connect risk tiers to permissions, approvals, evaluation depth, human oversight, monitoring, action limits, and recertification.
  • Design creation paths using templates, configurable agents, and from-scratch authoring while limiting users to approved models, tools, data sources, and execution paths.
  • Own lifecycle experiences covering draft, test, review, approval, publication, change, rollback, suspension, recertification, retirement, and audit history.
  • Partner with IAM, Security, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Architecture, and Engineering to turn policy into intuitive controls for administrators, builders, reviewers, and operators.
