About The Position

This role focuses on shaping how Adobe's creative intelligence reaches users through third-party platforms, assistants, and vertical applications. The agentic product team packages and publishes Adobe's creativity and productivity capabilities across various AI surfaces, including AI chat portals, operating systems, and industry-specific applications. The mission is to package Adobe's agentic capabilities into compelling experiences that drive adoption, demonstrate Adobe's value, and establish Adobe as the creative capability layer of the agentic internet. This involves understanding emerging standards of agentic packaging, having commercial instinct for positioning Adobe's capabilities, and exploring new distribution models like 'agent for hire' in vertical marketplaces. This is a high-impact role with executive visibility, offering a rare opportunity to define Adobe's presence in the next generation of creative software distribution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of product or innovation leadership experience, ideally within creative software, AI-driven products, or productivity ecosystems.
  • Deep fluency in AB testing methodology, growth models and working with data.
  • Deep understanding of creative workflows and empathy for the creative community.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, with the ability to connect high-level vision to pragmatic execution.
  • Skilled collaborator with strong executive presence — able to influence and align diverse teams across product, engineering, research, and design.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and defining new categories in rapidly evolving spaces.
  • Passion for Adobe’s mission and a belief that AI should empower, not replace, human creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Own the third-party roadmap across Adobe's most strategic AI platform partnerships.
  • Co-develop the product experience for priority surfaces with end-to-end user personas, key workflows, UI/UX, and freemium models, in close collaboration with partners and internal teams.
  • Unlock new distribution models by sizing, exploring, and piloting emerging concepts including agent-as-a-service in select consumer and commercial verticals.
  • Drive with a PLG approach, defining new-to-industry growth loops and funnels.
  • Structure the team roadmap to balance fast iterative launches with a clearly articulated longer-term vision.
  • Treat every ship as a learning opportunity and complete tasks at high velocity.
  • Manage a running release train with ship timelines tied to major platform moments and weekly executive-level reporting.
  • Develop POV and run A/B tests on new business models that go meaningfully beyond Adobe's current commercial playbook.
  • Operate as a connective force across product, engineering, partnerships, corporate strategy, and GTM.
  • Inspire partner teams and ensure coherence with Adobe's broader agentic ecosystem.
  • Develop deep familiarity with creators, builders, and businesses using these new agentic surfaces through direct research, data, and partnership insights.
  • Identify unmet needs and ensure Adobe's capabilities land where they create genuine value.
