About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our high-growth Agentic AI product portfolio, which serves as the core intelligence layer for our AI-native Risk Operations Center (ROC). This leader will have complete 360-degree ownership of our conversational interfaces, autonomous risk agents, and decentralized agent ecosystem, spanning both inbound and outbound product management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have experience leading high-performing product teams and scaling advanced multi-agent architectures at enterprise grade. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in agentic workflows, multi-agent coordination, and large language models (LLMs), with a deep understanding of how to apply these technologies to enterprise cyber risk. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, AI, Design, and Go-To-Market teams, you will deliver the category-defining platform that enables enterprises to interact with, compose, and deploy autonomous security workflows at scale.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, or 6+ years of technical leadership/solution architecture experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling AI/ML products, LLM applications, or autonomous frameworks.
Practical product experience working with multi-agent frameworks, deep understanding of agentic memory layers, and experience solving real-world latency, alignment, and cost challenges of complex sub-agent coordination loops.
Solid foundational understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, vulnerability management, SOC/ROC dynamics, or workflow automation platforms.
Prior experience building developer platforms, low-code/no-code builders (like Agent Studio), or marketplace dynamics.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills balancing technical feasibility with clear business impacts, pricing strategies, and pipeline generation.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and confidently engage with C-level customer executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.

Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Ownership: ROCky (conversational chat assistant), Autonomous Risk Agents (cyber risk workforce), Agent Studio & Marketplace (platform for composing custom agents and accessing an ecosystem).
Business Ownership: Drive revenue, prioritize agent features, optimize cross-agent synergies, analyze agent portfolio revenue (cross-sell, up-sell, expansion, renewal), develop data-driven plans to improve metrics, evaluate monetization models (consumption-based pricing, premium agent tiers, marketplace monetization), architect Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions, design digital discovery and sandbox experiences.
Outbound Product Management: Develop sales enablement collateral, target messaging, and product positioning; train sales teams on autonomous agents and multi-agent systems; research agentic AI and security landscape; develop strategies demonstrating agentic advantages; maintain customer relationships with CISOs and security practitioners to gather feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
Inbound Product Management: Define product requirements for multi-agent coordination, agent-to-agent communication protocols, and dynamic sub-agent composition; design framework for secure delegation of sub-tasks with validation checkpoints and explainable chain-of-thought processing; partner with downstream product teams to ensure seamless handoff of execution plans to remediation fabrics.
