About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead our high-growth Agentic AI product portfolio, which serves as the core intelligence layer for our AI-native Risk Operations Center (ROC). This leader will have complete 360-degree ownership of our conversational interfaces, autonomous risk agents, and decentralized agent ecosystem, spanning both inbound and outbound product management responsibilities. The ideal candidate must have experience leading high-performing product teams and scaling advanced multi-agent architectures at enterprise grade. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in agentic workflows, multi-agent coordination, and large language models (LLMs), with a deep understanding of how to apply these technologies to enterprise cyber risk. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data Science, AI, Design, and Go-To-Market teams, you will deliver the category-defining platform that enables enterprises to interact with, compose, and deploy autonomous security workflows at scale.

Requirements

8+ years of product management experience, or 6+ years of technical leadership/solution architecture experience, with a heavy emphasis on scaling AI/ML products, LLM applications, or autonomous frameworks.
Practical product experience working with multi-agent frameworks, deep understanding of agentic memory layers, and experience solving real-world latency, alignment, and cost challenges of complex sub-agent coordination loops.
A solid foundational understanding of enterprise cybersecurity, vulnerability management, SOC/ROC dynamics, or workflow automation platforms.
Prior experience building developer platforms, low-code/no-code builders (like Agent Studio), or marketplace dynamics.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills balancing technical feasibility with clear business impacts, pricing strategies, and pipeline generation.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and confidently engage with C-level customer executives.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math.

Responsibilities

Product Portfolio Ownership: ROCky (central conversational chat assistant), Autonomous Risk Agents (out-of-the-box cyber risk workforce), Agent Studio & Marketplace (platform for customers to compose custom agents and tap into a broader ecosystem).
Business Ownership: Act as the ultimate 'Business Owner' of the Agentic AI product portfolio, driving revenue, prioritizing agent features, and optimizing cross-agent synergies.
Business Analysis: Conduct regular data analysis of the agent portfolio’s revenue, tracking metrics like cross-sell, up-sell, expansion, and renewal, and build data-driven plans to improve these metrics.
Pricing and Packaging: Evaluate monetization models for autonomous agents, including consumption-based pricing, premium agent tiers, and marketplace monetization models.
Product-Led Growth (PLG): Architect innovative PLG and Product-Led Sales (PLS) motions specific to AI software, designing digital discovery and sandbox experiences for users to build trial agents and convert to paid tiers.
Sales Enablement & Positioning: Develop strategic sales enablement collateral, target messaging, and product positioning, and train the global sales team on demonstrating autonomous agents and multi-agent systems.
Competitive Intelligence: Research the agentic AI and security landscape, analyze legacy platform positioning, and develop strategies highlighting agentic advantages.
Customer Relationships: Maintain deep relationships with enterprise CISOs and security practitioners to gather feedback, understand operational friction, and translate insights into product requirements.
Autonomous Multi-Agent Orchestration: Define product requirements for multi-agent coordination, agent-to-agent communication protocols, and dynamic sub-agent composition.
Explainable AI & Guardrails: Design the framework for secure delegation of sub-tasks to downstream agents with validation checkpoints and transparent, explainable chain-of-thought processing.
Remediation & Workflow Integration: Partner with downstream product teams to ensure seamless handoff of execution plans to the platform’s underlying remediation fabrics.
