About The Position

The Director, Product Growth Enablement & Innovation sets the direction for Product growth enablement, solution positioning, and portfolio investment priorities. This role is designed to create clarity, focus, and consistency in how product value is defined, enabled, and scaled across the organization. The Director establishes the vision, operating model, and standards that ensure product capabilities, value propositions, and outcomes are clearly articulated, competitively differentiated, and effectively supported throughout the go‑to‑market lifecycle. Working in close partnership with Product, Growth, Marketing, Sales, Proposal, Operations, IT, and Executive leaders, the Director influences product and go‑to‑market decisions, improves win rates, and ensures Product portfolio investments are aligned to enterprise priorities and long-term growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, growth enablement, solutions leadership, consulting, or related roles
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience, leading managers or senior individual contributors
  • Proven experience setting strategy, operating models, and standards for teams operating at scale
  • Strong ability to influence cross‑functional and executive stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience translating market, sales, and client insights into product or portfolio‑level decisions
  • Demonstrated success balancing strategic planning with operational discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, payer services, or complex B2B solutions
  • Background in product management, growth strategy, or enterprise enablement
  • Experience supporting large‑scale RFPs and executive‑level client engagements
  • Familiarity with portfolio planning, investment prioritization, and roadmap alignment

Responsibilities

  • Set and own the overall strategy for product growth enablement and solution positioning
  • Lead planning for enablement coverage, priority initiatives (e.g. Internal Trainings, special events, etc.), and RFP support capacity
  • Establish expectations and standards for how product positioning and materials evolve in response to market, buyer, and competitive change
  • Represent the Product Strategy & Management organization in executive forums, planning cycles, and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a senior escalation point for complex deals, high‑stakes RFPs, and executive‑level client engagements
  • Define and enforce standards for solution narratives, RFP responses, sales assets, and client‑facing materials
  • Ensure product knowledge, value propositions, and competitive insights are documented, current, and easily accessible
  • Implement governance to maintain quality, consistency, and alignment across content
  • Oversee development of executive‑ready sales materials
  • Translate RFP activity, win/loss insights, sales feedback, and client input into clear recommendations that inform product roadmap and positioning
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams on Market Insights Exchange and feedback loops
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Clinical, Operations, Technology, and Sales leaders to assess emerging opportunities and build business cases for new capabilities and solutions.
  • Sponsor innovation and product concept forums to test ideas and inform future investments
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement grounded in data and measurable outcomes
  • Own organizational direction, operating cadence, and standards for Product Growth Enablement and Innovation
  • Define success metrics and reinforce a high‑performance culture
  • Lead, coach, and develop Product Solution Leads, setting clear expectations for strategic thinking and enterprise impact
  • Operate with a 12–24 month forward‑looking perspective while supporting near‑term business priorities
