You excel at standardizing data delivery and advocate for data integrity by socializing best practices What You’ll Do First Party and Third Party Data Delivery & Integration – 70% Lead the standardization of first-party data and third-party data delivery for audience activation. Own the process and pipes that enable blu users to action on 1:1 identity-based audiences Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align processes with business goals and technical needs. Monitor KPIs for outbound data flows and report on performance, adoption, and ROI. Proof of Concept Leadership – 15% Design and execute proof of concept (POC) delivery tests to validate new approaches and technologies. Accelerate the speed of Proof of Concepts (POCs) through standardization and automation. Analyze results and present recommendations for scaling successful POCs into production processes. Cross-Functional Partnership & Stakeholder Management - 15% Serve as Horizon’s Subject Matter Expert for audience activation and delivery, bridging business needs with technical execution. Build strong relationships with internal business units, product owners, and external partners to align roadmaps and expectations. Foster growth of junior team members and promote strong relationships throughout the organization Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design sessions for new integrations or enhancements.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, Data/Computer Science, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in data operations, product management, or marketing technology, ideally in an agency or media environment.
  • Strong understanding of data integration concepts, APIs, and audience distribution technologies (e.g., CDPs, DMPs, Clean Rooms).
  • Experience managing vendor/partner relationships and cross-functional projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven experience documenting business use cases, conducting ROI analysis, and prioritizing based on impact and scalability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Snowflake, AWS, Tableau, and Jira; experience with data privacy compliance a plus.
