About The Position

The Director of Product and Portfolio Management for Emerging Technology will lead the development, evaluation, and deployment of next-generation solutions that drive innovation and business growth. This role will manage pilot programs, assess proof-of-concept outcomes, and determine which technologies should advance into full-scale initiatives or integrated product portfolios. The ideal candidate will foster strong partnerships both internally and externally, leveraging insights from startups and emerging technology landscapes to enhance organizational capabilities. You will guide teams using agile methodologies, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and ensure alignment between technical feasibility, business strategy, and market potential. Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, portfolio management, or technology innovation roles
  • Strong technical expertise and understanding of emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning

Responsibilities

  • Implement and oversee pilot programs to evaluate disruptive technologies and innovative ideas
  • Translate findings from experiments into actionable recommendations for product portfolios or new proof-of-concepts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including startups and technology vendors
  • Develop and execute strategies to adopt, integrate, and scale emerging technologies
  • Monitor project progress, track metrics, and report results to senior leadership
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to ensure successful technology deployment
  • Support ideation and innovation initiatives to strengthen the technology pipeline and create competitive advantage
