The Head of Product & Account Management for AI is responsible for shaping, prioritizing, and governing the enterprise AI portfolio by ensuring initiatives start with the right problems, are designed around real user needs, and deliver measurable business value. This role applies design thinking and product management discipline to translate business challenges into well-defined AI product opportunities. Acting as the single front door for AI demand, the role partners closely with business leaders, the AI Factory, Architecture, Data, Security, and Finance to ensure AI investments are intentional, scalable, and outcome driven. This role owns the problem definition, value articulation, and product direction — not delivery execution.
