  • Drive pilots from science project to production, take messy, early-stage deployments and make them look and feel like enterprise-grade products
  • Partner with engineering to ship with velocity, use AI-assisted development practices, hold the team to quality and speed standards, and unblock bottlenecks fast
  • Define and enforce AI quality standards: confidence scoring, hallucination thresholds, audit trails, and explainability; the trust layer is not optional
  • Develop the Agent Lifecycle Management capability with build, test, deploy, and monitor agents at scale so every new customer pilot doesn't start from scratch
  • Evaluate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions on AI orchestration, own the hypothesis, validate with engineering and partners (Databricks, LangChain), and make a recommendation
  • Lead customer-facing AI conversations such as roadmap reviews, pilot kickoffs, trust and explainability deep dives with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into business and clinical value
  • Work across time zones: collaborate daily with India-based engineering and PM teams, travel to India quarterly to build relationships and alignment
