About The Position

The Director of Procurement will report to the Sr. Director of Procurement strategy and be responsible for overseeing key teams responsible for various P2P systems, developing multi-year transition plans for technologies, and coordinating across various teams and leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and timing. This role also involves developing comprehensive approaches to field communications and overseeing strategic projects to ensure standardization of key procurement activities. Additionally, the role supports critical activities such as designing executive-ready presentations and coordinating with cross-enterprise teams on critical projects.

Requirements

  • Experience with P2P systems such as Ironclad, iProc, Coupa, DORA
  • Experience developing multi-year technology transition plans
  • Experience coordinating across various teams and leaders
  • Experience developing field communications strategies
  • Experience standardizing procurement activities (category strategy design, auction evaluation, RFx activities)
  • Experience modifying procurement activities at-scale
  • Experience with technologies such as Palantir, Oracle, Coupa, CLM
  • Experience coordinating enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Experience designing executive-ready presentations
  • Experience coordinating with cross-enterprise teams on critical projects

Responsibilities

  • Oversee key teams responsible for various P2P systems including, but not limited to, Ironclad, iProc, Coupa, DORA, etc
  • Develop multi-year transition plans for technologies to ensure DVA is appropriately adopting technology as various systems are sunset.
  • Coordinate across various teams and leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and timing
  • Develop comprehensive approaches to field communications on behalf of PRISM, ensuring key information reaches field leadership to act on in a timely manner
  • Ensure standardization of key procurement activities such as category strategy design, auction evaluation, RFx activities, and other relevant actions
  • Modify procurement activities at-scale and drive adoption based on evolution of technological landscape (Palantir, Oracle, Coupa, CLM, etc)
  • Coordinate across PRISM to ensure enterprise-wide initiatives are supported appropriately with appropriate diligence
  • Design of executive-ready presentations for Monthly Operating Reviews and Fun Weeks
  • Coordination with teams (ERS, ERM, Pioneer, etc) across the enterprise on critical projects
