As we scale nationally, quality and continuous improvement aren’t support functions—they’re strategic advantages. We’re hiring a Director, Process Improvement (QA & CI) to lead the teams with responsibility for the processes and systems that keep Central Fill safe, compliant, audit ready, and continuously improving. This role owns both: • Quality Assurance — controls, SOPs, audits, and CAPAs • Continuous Improvement — standard work, waste elimination, defect reduction, and sustainment The goal is not speed or control—it’s disciplined improvement at scale. You’ll lead with a clear separation of authority: • QA defines what must not change • CI redesigns how to improve within those boundaries
