About The Position

Build the quality backbone for the future of pharmacy. Walmart’s Central Fill Pharmacy Network is transforming how pharmacy care is delivered at scale—moving high volume, repetitive fulfillment into highly automated facilities so pharmacists can focus on clinical care. As we scale nationally, quality and continuous improvement aren’t support functions—they’re strategic advantages. This role owns both: • Quality Assurance — controls, SOPs, audits, and CAPAs • Continuous Improvement — standard work, waste elimination, defect reduction, and sustainment The goal is not speed or control—it’s disciplined improvement at scale.
