The PRGM Director is responsible for the pricing and promotional strategy for the Everyday Sugar business. This role involves providing rigorous analysis and monitoring of competitive pricing actions, assessing pricing elasticities, and offering strategic pricing recommendations. The Director will lead pricing action analytics, including volume and P&L impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. They will also develop trade and promotional strategies, source market trend insights, and communicate findings to leadership with actionable recommendations. Additionally, the role involves developing annual pricing and promotional guidelines, providing insights for leadership reviews, and managing the IFR process. The Director works closely with the Vice President Commercial Finance & PRGM to establish long-term goals and develop capabilities, balancing short- and long-term company objectives. This position manages two direct reports: one Senior Manager for PPA and Pricing strategy, and one Manager for Trade Promo Optimization strategy.
