About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Enterprise Transformation team. In this role, you’ll make an impact by directing the overall product strategy for the organization, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, delivery, and user experience. You will use subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders. You will also collaborate with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals and oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
  • A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, and/or working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
  • People leadership experience managing and leading a product management team.

  • Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred.
