The Director, Project Management Office (PMO) is a senior leader responsible for portfolio and delivery excellence across People, Legal, Corporate Tools, and Cybersecurity initiatives. This role leads a high-performing PMO team of 10 global staff and partners closely with business and technology leaders to ensure predictable, scalable delivery, exceptional user experiences, and measurable business outcomes aligned to Visa’s enterprise strategy. As a key member of the DES leadership ecosystem, the Director drives portfolio governance, delivery reliability, and insights-driven decision-making across the full initiative lifecycle—from intake and prioritization through execution, change readiness, and value realization. The Director will champion the adoption of automation, data, and AI‑enabled capabilities across the PMO and delivery lifecycle to improve predictability, accelerate execution, reduce manual overhead, and generate actionable insights—driving smarter prioritization, proactive risk management, and scalable delivery outcomes.
