You are responsible for leading the development of our planning product as well as developing the team. You are highly regarded for your mastery of media planning and marketing. You develop complex media plans for growth and enterprise-level accounts as well as support on client escalations. You are exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client and team questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. You work across teams and are able to adapt to work well with a variety of personalities and levels (both internally and externally). As a leader you are a trusted resource, advisor, and problem solver.
