About The Position

Accountable for outcomes across projects, programs, or accounts rather than task-level execution. Leads delivery consistency, client leadership, and operational excellence for Project Controls services. The role directs project controls delivery across accounts, markets, or programs; provides executive-level client engagement and advisory support; and leads and develops Managers. It ensures service quality, consistency, and scalability, partners with account leadership on staffing, performance, and growth, and supports business development efforts, including pursuits and client expansion.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fifteen or more years of related experience.
Five or more years of management experience.
Advanced project controls skills.
Expertise in client relations, client management, and consulting.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Expertise using cost and schedule management software.
Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field.
Exemplary oral and written communication skills.
