About The Position

The Director of Physician Practice Operations - Surgery and Women's Health is responsible for the workflow and performance of the Surgical and Women's Health Service Lines to achieve expert care, excellent customer service and maximal physician/staff productivity. This individual works closely with the Senior Vice President of Physician Practices regarding strategic planning, development, continuous quality improvement and financial/budget reporting and monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration or Business Administration or equivalent
• Five (5) years of experience in a health care setting including involvement with physicians, community, program planning and implementation, and operations
• Management level experience in a clinical or hospital setting
