About The Position

The Director, Physician Office is responsible for the activities of the OSF Medical Group assigned practices in the region and is a dyad to the OSFMG Regional Physician Director. This position is responsible for ensuring that strategic and operating goals and objectives are understood by Site Manager, Lead Physicians, and those they support. The Regional Director is responsible for the operational and financial performance of each assigned practice consistent with the goals and objectives set by OSFMG leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• 3 years leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Nursing Management experience in an integrated delivery health system
• Proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a workforce

Responsibilities
