About The Position

As our Director, Physician Enterprise Operations, you will lead and direct resources across multiple clinic sites, serving as an administrative leader and patient advocate, ensuring ethical management and operational excellence. Every day you will manage clinic operations with full authority, fostering strong collaborative relationships with physicians, leaders, and external partners, while serving as a service line liaison to achieve Physician Group goals and high patient/customer satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you will possess strong operational leadership for multi-site clinic management, a proven ability to build critical relationships, and expertise in strategic planning and resource management to drive Physician Group success and patient satisfaction. Contributes to the fulfillment of the Mission and Vision by serving as a designated administrative leader for programs and services in the community. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several Clinic sites across a wide geographic region. The individual serving in this role has full authority and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the assigned clinics. This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities. This position works collaboratively with medical staff, community leaders, agencies and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and employees for Physician Group and to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be locally based with the flexibility to provide consistent on-site coverage at our three primary locations: Longmont United Hospital, St. Anthony Hospital (Lakewood), and St. Anthony North Hospital (Westminster).

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of progressive healthcare management experience.
  • Strong knowledge/application of systems framework.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a multispecialty clinic environment preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree in business administration, healthcare administration or equivalent, is strongly preferred.
