About The Position
Ludi is seeking a Director of Physician & Clinician Workforce Services to serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients on physician compensation programs and pay administration. This is a hands-on, client-facing role for a seasoned professional with deep operational knowledge of how healthcare organizations manage physician and clinician compensation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Substantial, practical experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare organizations.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable guidance.
- Proven ability to manage diverse client relationships and adapt recommendations to varied organizational contexts.
- Must be located within the US.
Nice To Haves
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Clinical, healthcare administration, business, or related field strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and discovery to assess compensation models and administrative workflows.
- Provide expert advisory services on physician compensation administration and governance.
- Develop customized service deliverables, including reference materials and client documentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with implementation, client services, and data analytics teams.
- Support clients with market data, reporting, and workforce management insights.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership initiatives.
